- Initial Enquiry

Enquire via email or telephone in order to gain relevant info

- Provide Artwork

Provide sponsor or club logo in an eps or high res jpeg format

- Order Information

Confirm quantities, billing method and delivery address

- Quotation

Artwork and quotation sent to the customer for agreement

- Confirmation

Customer to approve all artwork and quotation

- Proofs

The embroidery or screen print proofs are made

- Sign Off

Embroidery or screen print to be approved by the customer

- Order Processed*

After sign off all orders are processed

- Order/Delivery Checked

All orders are checked for quantity, colour and quality

- Delivery

Orders are delivered to the customer FREE of charge

* Delivery of all orders are approximately 6 weeks from the date of the order being processed and receipt or artwork and embroidery confirmation
